WARRANTY
Sargent Steam warranties the equipment 1 year on defective parts and labor and 3 years on the boiler/tank.
Warranty is void if:
- Machine is not maintained with the proper monthly maintenance.
- Repairs are made by unauthorized personnel.
- Any substance other than water has run through the machine while in use.
- There is any sign of physical abuse including machine being dropped and broken face plates.
- The iron is fused into the face plate by not properly locking into place.
- Insulation is wet caused from not not filling it properly with the filler bottle.
- There is frozen water inside the tank.
